The session is most effective one-on-one. Multiple attendees shift the dynamic from candid diagnosis to performance — and candor is where the most useful operational information lives. If a co-founder or direct partner genuinely needs to be present to accurately describe the situation, we accommodate a maximum of two people. Beyond that, the quality of the session is significantly compromised.
